Jess is a warm and compassionate 500hr yoga teacher with over 22 years of experience.  She is dedicated to creating a supportive space where people feel empowered to reconnect with their bodies and nurture self-compassion.  Her teaching blends practical, accessible tools to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and find balance in daily life. Originally from the UK, Jess now calls Northern California home, where she lives with her husband, three kids, and their dog.

Jess’s own journey with neurodiversity, burnout, and depression in her 30s, then the last 14 years of raising twins, navigating menopause, caring for her mother through several surgeries & Dementia, and then weathering the pandemic, has inspired her continuing education and shaped her empathetic and down-to-earth teaching style.  Her passion for helping women move from surviving to thriving is at the heart of her work.

She integrates trauma-healing practices, yoga, and breathwork, and is currently pursuing a three-year Somatic Experiencing professional training.  Jess’s holistic, science-informed approach inspires students to release tension, return to calm flow and shine their inner light with renewed energy and joy.
