A blissful and relaxing group class, suitable for all levels of experience, strength and flexibility.  These classes are crafted by Jess, starting with variety of energy releasing movements & breathwork, to release tension, get out of the mind and into the body.  This then sets one up to truly relax in the longer restorative poses for the second half. 

 

Throughout the class there will be the use of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows), sensory tools (essential oils, soothing music, massage, hands on healing) and inspirational readings, quotes & visualizations, all to comfort and support.

 

These classes are the ultimate in helping those new to restorative yoga so practice the art of slowing down and for those with more experience the movement will help them go deeper at the end.  This class will offer a myriad of calming/regulating tools that you can also use at home during your day to day life.   The prefect solution to get one out of the whirlwind of modern living & reconnect with inner peace & wisdom; thereby allowing time to truly rest & heal the body & mind.
