"Taking a yoga class with Jess is like going on a mini retreat.  Jess artfully guides the poses in a way that gently yet effectively allows for progressive relaxation.  It is still a nice way to move my body and I do feel the workout.  But by the end of the class, I am able to completely relax and have a true reset during the savasana pose.  When I emerge, I feel that my nervous system has calmed down and I feel refreshed.  The feeling is quite addictive, which is why I look forward to Jess’ class so much. 
 
As a single mother with chronic pain and a teenager with some intense issues unfolding, having Jess’ yoga classes are life saving.  Jess’ classes not only benefit me, but my daughter, since it allows me to be a calmer and more joyfully present mother. Thank you, Jess!"

Her classes allow my nervous system to have a reset.  I leave her classes with the renewed ability to face the day and the challenges that come your way as a mother, wife etc….   I cannot recommend enough taking a moment to care for oneself and attend a workshop/class.  You will never regret it and will look forward to attending as often as you are able.  Just writing about her classes bring a smile to my face and may even lower my blood pressure.

Upon leaving class I always feel refreshed and like I took time to do something to truly care for myself.  After chronic hip pain and a surgery, that was only moderately successful, I have found that I sleep better and have increased hip mobility when consistently attending Jess's classes.
