Grounded in science and guided by the wisdom of the body, this body-up approach uses movement, breathwork, somatics, massage, Qi Gong, and lifestyle balancing tailored to support personalised holistic wellness.

The 3-Step Method

1. Understand the Science
Learn how the stress of hustle culture impacts the body & mind, and of those around you.  How long-term stress creates "dis-ease" in body & mind, affecting everything from health, to relationships & performance, this knowledge helps build a foundation for sustainable change.

 

2. Release, Regulate & Return to Basics
Learn simple tools to create safety in the body & switch off from stress mode to flow mode. Practical tools to release tension.  Go back to basics by looking in detail at the 8 Natural Drs to support the body & mind in its resilience.   

3. Redesign for Long-Term Wellness
Identify your personal micro stressors, responses and signals. Build self-awareness to listen to the body's innate wisdom.  Then co-create a lifestyle that promotes joy, alignment, and well-being, supported by practical tools and nervous system care.  My approach to change is about self-compassion & adding more of the good stuff rather than struggling to push away the bad.
