These are Somatic professionals that I take great inspiration from, or who I've studied with.

• Dr Aimie Apigian - Biology of Trauma. She has a fantastic online program that combines Science, Somatics and Parts Work for personal and professional healing. She also has a YouTube channel, book, Podcast and runs an annual summit.

• Dr Peter Levine - Somatic Experiencing International for professional training & info, it's been going for over 30 years. There are YouTube videos of him working, to see how somatic experiencing works with trauma.
